One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Monday Lemonade was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Gun Ya Down started to galop and lost 50 m.




Double Speeded saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Gun Ya Down was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Walking Wardrobe took the lead after 1000m. Monday Lemonade didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Walking Wardrobe was still in the lead after 1500m. Strong Knight galloped for 20 m.



Walking Wardrobe looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Walking Wardrobe today who won before Hot Rod Harry and Monday Lemonade.
