The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Östersund today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sous-marin could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Legend, Slow Blues, Dreaming Wave, Dusty Sparrow, Dancing Hollywood, Sous-marin, Lonely Maid, Virriga Vera. Lonely Maid was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Slow Blues sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Slow Blues was still in the lead after 1500m.



Legend litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
