It had been raining for several days at Solvalla but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Slippery Fist took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Purple Starshine sprinted to the front. Exotic Wind was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Tumult Deluxe took the lead rather easily.




Purple Starshine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Quick Stereo galoped for 50 m. Purple Starshine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Allison Fast never caught up with Purple Starshine who won. Tumult Deluxe came third.
