Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Lycksele track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Striking Cocktail tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dead Satellite that came steaming ahead. Metronomo was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Decisive Plan was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Cheerful Technology looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Striking Cocktail couldn't come out from behind the leader, Metronomo. driver couldn't keep Lexicona to trotting so they were disqualified. Dead Satellite galoped after 1000m and lost 50 m. Moon Wing suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Metronomo today. It continued in the lead.

Striking Cocktail kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Active Bomb galop. Active Bomb lost 30 m.

Striking Cocktail kept the speed the whole finish and won before Cheerful Technology and Metronomo.
