The weather had been good all week and Kajaani was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Explode At Track could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Business Or Pleasure C.C. took the lead after 1000m. Explode At Track didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Explode At Track saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Business Or Pleasure C.C. gallopped for 50 m.




Explode At Track sat safely in the lead after 2000m.



Badlands speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Explode At Track sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
