The sun was shining on Skellefteå and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Quick Bullet found a gap and took the lead. Beautiful Rhapsody followed before Forceful Sword.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Beautiful Rhapsody looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Forceful Sword couldn't come out from behind the leader, Quick Bullet.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Quick Bullet today. It continued in the lead.




Quick Bullet kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Beautiful Rhapsody speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Beautiful Rhapsody didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
