The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kannus this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lemon took the lead after a very quick start. Frozen Girl was to eager when the car accellerated, galopped and was disqualified.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Glowing Pie sprinted to the front.




Somack Pegasos sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
