Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Leangen track was in top-condition. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Modestine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Giggling Sapphire showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Couronne D'épines sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Giggling Sapphire suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. Beautiful Godiva saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Beautiful Godiva was still in the lead after 2000m. Beautiful Godiva kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Couronne D'épines won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
