The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Årjäng today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Metronomo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Frozen Thrasher, Intelligent Tiger, Metronomo, Aurélie, Stopping Top, Rolling Nova, , .




Intelligent Tiger took the lead after 1000m. Frozen Thrasher didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Aurélie was disturbed and galoped 30 m.




Frozen Thrasher looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.




Frozen Thrasher kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Rolling Nova suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Winner of todays race was Rolling Nova. Metronomo came in second. Frozen Thrasher became third.
