One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Power Blizzard was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Power Blizzard started to galop and lost 50 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Blue Cruiser sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Gold Walking Comet took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Gold Walking Comet followed by Lover Boy and Useless Impropriety. Lane two Cool Man followed by Dynamit Gustav Vasa and Black Legend. Blue Cruiser showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.



Gold Walking Comet were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Dynamit Gustav Vasa won the race after a spectacular finish.
