Only a humble breeze blew over Åby this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Blu Cielo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Light Platinum sprinted to the front.




Ticking Fabric looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Thank You couldn't come out from behind the leader, Light Platinum.




Ticking Fabric accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Ticking Fabric sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Ticking Fabric galopped for 50 m on the homestretch.




Light Platinum won. Blu Cielo came in second. Thank You caught third place.
