The sun was shining on Sørlandet today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Athletic Paladin could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Crybaby sprinted to the front.




Portable Strategy took the lead after 1000m. Lexicon didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Crybaby galoped after 1000m and lost 40 m.




Zwenking Tegenover saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Zwenking Tegenover didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Athletic Paladin galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Dribbling Dragon speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Dribbling Dragon. Zwenking Tegenover came in second. Lexicon became third.
