One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sieg Viktoria tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Sleepy Rocket that came steaming ahead.




Sleepy Rocket was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Sieg Viktoria looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Sieg Viktoria looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Sleepy Rocket showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
