One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Werkje Wonderschoon tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Dreaming Map that came steaming ahead.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Grasping Princess took the lead after 1000m. Dreaming Map didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Dreaming Map accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Dreaming Map sat safely in the lead after 2000m. Grasping Princess was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Dreaming Map were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Dreaming Map didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
