The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Kalmar this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Jumping Thrasher could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. David Källgren wanted a little to much in the start and Jumping Thrasher galoped for 40 m.




Ticking Fabric quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Golden Needle who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Jumping Thrasher took the lead after 1000m. Mighty Man didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Ticking Fabric galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Advanced Speed saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Mighty Man galloped for 30 m.




Advanced Speed didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Jumping Thrasher was disturbed and gallopped for 10 m.



Jumping Thrasher was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Advanced Speed were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Mighty Man never caught up with Advanced Speed who won. Jumping Thrasher came third.
