One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sleeping Passion could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Handy Paradigm quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Handy Paradigm started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Handy Paradigm clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Handy Paradigm was still in the lead after 1500m.



With only a little left of the race Handy Paradigm galoped for 10 m. Handy Paradigm were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Heikki Hietanen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Handy Paradigm started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Piccolo S.K. sprinted over the finishline before Heavy Motor and Sleeping Passion.
