The sun was shining on Åby and it was a perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Close Arraow found a gap and took the lead. Forceful Folder followed before Völler Möller.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Trumf Qronos sprinted to the front.

Shoebill Cherry sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Jumping Pegasos looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Jumping Pegasos looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Shoebill Cherry galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Poivron Rouge galop. Poivron Rouge lost 50 m.

Winner of todays race was Jumping Pegasos. Close Arraow came in second. Völler Möller became third.
