Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Forus track was in top-condition. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Thinking Legend took the lead after a very quick start. This is the positions after 500m. Crown Princess, Shooting Bear, Star Champion, Beautiful Stardust, Feuergeist, Thinking Legend, , . A bird flew just in front of Thinking Legend who started to galop and lost 20 m. Star Champion took the lead after 1000m. Crown Princess didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Feuergeist took the lead after 1000m. Crown Princess didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Star Champion sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy. Results
