One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sir Excellent was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Golden Map sprinted to the front. driver couldn't keep Arsenico Vox to trotting so they were disqualified.




Golden Map clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Golden Map followed by Sly Boy and License To Puke. Lane two Loving Rock followed by Sir Excellent and Running Action.




Golden Map was still in the lead after 2000m.



Golden Map kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sir Excellent sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
