It had been raining for several days at Sørlandet but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Ticking Twister. Rêve Royal ended up behind the leader. Maid In France got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

Maid In France quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

Ticking Twister accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Ticking Twister sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Maid In France galop. Maid In France lost 50 m.

Onkel Brum sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
