The sun was shining on Färjestad and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Elegant Forest sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Pampered Vixen quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Pampered Vixen today. It continued in the lead.



Moonlight Witch was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Pampered Vixen sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Elegant Forest won the race after a spectacular finish.
