Only a humble breeze blew over Kalmar this day. The track where in perfect shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Purple Nugget found a gap and took the lead. Clever Paradigm followed before Singing News. Siruman galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Singing News quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Expensive Love looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Clever Paradigm couldn't come out from behind the leader, Singing News.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Singing News galop. Singing News lost 50 m.




Expensive Love won. Clever Paradigm came in second. Purple Nugget caught third place.
