One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Rêve Royal sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Alf Jonsson wanted a little to much in the start and Quick Folder galoped for 20 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Hoping Movement, Journey Man, Le Petite Croque, Pretty Sun, Nouveau Triomphe, Rêve Royal, Quick Folder, Awesome Heavy One. Awesome Heavy One was disturbed and galoped 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Rumbling Factory who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Journey Man took the lead after 1000m. Pretty Sun didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Pretty Sun accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

With only a little left of the race Confident Satellite galoped for 40 m. Quick Folder litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Journey Man won. Rêve Royal came in second. Pretty Sun caught third place.
