The sun was shining on Örebro today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carla could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




The leader got disturbed by something and American Casanova took the lead rather easily.




American Casanova was still in the lead after 1500m.




American Casanova kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



American Casanova looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Downtempo sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
