The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Östersund today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Carlos Afrodite tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rainbow Candy that came steaming ahead.




This is the positions after 500m. Starshine Lipstick, Rainbow Candy, Meoth, Ursula Larockma, Wolly Top, Gwendolyn, Carlos Afrodite, Aurum Militia Giron.




The leader got disturbed by something and Meoth took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Meoth followed by Carlos Afrodite and Starshine Lipstick. Lane two Gwendolyn followed by Rainbow Candy and Ursula Larockma.




Gwendolyn took the lead.



Gwendolyn kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Rainbow Candy sprinted over the finishline before Gwendolyn and Carlos Afrodite.
