The sun was shining on Åmål today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Power Blizzard could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Intelligent Rocker suddenly started to galop. Tom Horpestad had to struggle to get Intelligent Rocker to tror again and succeded after 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Acciano sprinted to the front.

Shining Venus took the lead after 1000m. Intelligent Rocker didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Shining Venus followed by Intelligent Rocker and Justice Nuclear. Lane two Dead Sword followed by Street Of Bronx and Safety Operation. Power Blizzard galloped for 30 m. Rational Striker started to gallop after 1500m and Per Johansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Dead Sword put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Intelligent Rocker gallopped 30 m after 2000m.

Dead Sword kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Safety Operation galop. Safety Operation lost 30 m.

Street Of Bronx made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Justice Nuclear.
