One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ednar tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Official Speech that came steaming ahead. Flying Detroit suddenly started to galop. Esa Holopainen had to struggle to get Flying Detroit to tror again and succeded after 50 m.




Official Speech was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.




Ednar sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Flying Detroit was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Ednar was still in the lead after 1500m. Official Speech galloped for 30 m.



Ednar sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
