One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hapusrwydd Tragwyddol was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Ghostly Nugget took the lead after 1000m. Cosmic Knockout didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Ghostly Nugget kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Winner of todays race was Ghostly Nugget. Hapusrwydd Tragwyddol came in second. Cosmic Knockout became third.
