The sun was shining on Gävle today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Flickering Madame sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Seductive Map quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Seductive Map clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Seductive Map followed by Flickering Madame and Kvarngärdets Amelia. Lane two Diplomatico followed by Fighting Thrasher and Independant Universe. Independant Universe galloped for 50 m. Elegant Red galloped for 20 m.



Seductive Map sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Seductive Map kept the speed the whole finish and won before Diplomatico and Flickering Madame.
