One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Riverport Riot was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Marcus M Melander wanted a little to much in the start and Riverport Riot galoped for 40 m.




Dreaming Thrasher quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Shooting Scope looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Loud And Proud couldn't come out from behind the leader, Dreaming Thrasher. Slippery Lieutenant was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Shooting Scope accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Shooting Scope sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Riverport Riot won the race after a spectacular finish.
