Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Bjerke track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Brown Bess Rebel took the lead after a very quick start. Postcard From Ottawa was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.




Cold Breathe looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Postcard From Ottawa couldn't come out from behind the leader, Brown Bess Rebel. Cold Breathe galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Brown Bess Rebel today. It continued in the lead.



Brown Bess Rebel kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Cold Breathe never caught up with Brown Bess Rebel who won. Postcard From Ottawa came third.
