One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Boukhari tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Rebellious Crusher that came steaming ahead.




Rebellious Crusher was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Passionate Lilac who started to galop and lost 50 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Passionate Lilac galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.




Rebellious Crusher was still in the lead after 1500m.




Rebellious Crusher was still in the lead after 2000m.



Rebellious Crusher kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Boukhari sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
