Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Kaukonen track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Preussen Larockma could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sleepy Angel sprinted to the front.




Preussen Larockma took the lead after 1000m. Thinking Work didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Running Devil saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Tough Tiger gallopped for 10 m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Preussen Larockma gallopped for 20 m.




Running Devil kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Thinking Work was disturbed and gallopped for 20 m.



Running Devil looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Sleepy Angel was disturbed and galopped for 10 m.




Running Devil kept the speed the whole finish and won before Tough Tiger and Calming Arraow.
