The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Useless Meltdown sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Zelig Larockma suddenly started to galop. Johnny Takter had to struggle to get Zelig Larockma to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Zelig Larockma quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Independant Movement started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Snowy Thrasher looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Shooting Mustache couldn't come out from behind the leader, Zelig Larockma. Shooting Mustache looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Snowy Thrasher gallopped for 40 m. Shooting Mustache kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Independant Movement was disturbed and galopped for 50 m.
