Start List
The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åmål this day. The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day. Rhythm Fortification was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. This is the positions after 500m. Polished Architecture, Midnightsmoonlight, Useless Retaliation, Ivory Addiction, Carlos Gammeldansk, Fighting Tiger, Carlos Zilga, Rhythm Fortification. Agaton Opal started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Carlos Gammeldansk looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Useless Retaliation couldn't come out from behind the leader, Polished Architecture. Ivory Addiction galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m. Carlos Zilga saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Polished Architecture started to gallop after 1500m and Anders Elehn had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Carlos Zilga was still in the lead after 2000m. Carlos Zilga looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Carlos Zilga galop. Carlos Zilga lost 20 m. Comfortable Thinking made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Fighting Tiger. Results
