One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Merci Beaucoup. Third Jewel ended up behind the leader. Fille Du Bordeux got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Merci Beaucoup was in fine shape and held the lead.




Merci Beaucoup clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Third Jewel looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Merci Beaucoup galloped for 10 m.




Merci Beaucoup put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Fille Du Bordeux was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Merci Beaucoup were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Fille Du Bordeux won. Third Jewel came in second. Merci Beaucoup caught third place.
