Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Lonely Lilac. Troubling Pixie ended up behind the leader. Magic Needle got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Hans Christian Holm wanted a little to much in the start and Loving Fiber galoped for 50 m.

Magic Needle saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Troubling Pixie who started to galop and lost 50 m.

Magic Needle clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Lonely Lilac accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Lonely Lilac looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Magic Needle galopped for 20 m on the homestretch.

Lonely Lilac didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
