One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Cunning Hero. Sweet Thunder ended up behind the leader. Thinking Tank got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Klaus Kern wanted a little to much in the start and Courageous Boy galoped for 10 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Polished Sniper, Courageous Boy, Holy Cheesus, Coughing Midnight, Earl Of Bluegrass, Sweet Thunder, Thinking Tank, Cunning Hero. A bird flew just in front of Stepping Pearl who started to galop and lost 40 m.

Coughing Midnight looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Earl Of Bluegrass couldn't come out from behind the leader, Polished Sniper.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Polished Sniper today. It continued in the lead.

Polished Sniper sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Filip Lejon tried a little too much on the homestretch and Polished Sniper started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Thinking Tank sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
