One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Silvia tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Holy Sunshine that came steaming ahead.

This is the positions after 500m. Kvarngärdets Viola, Maximum Platinum, Silvia, Insane Top, Space Shadow, Holy Sunshine, Prospectus, .

The leader got disturbed by something and Silvia took the lead rather easily. Holy Sunshine galloped way to long and was disqualified.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Silvia today. It continued in the lead.

Silvia kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Insane Top never caught up with Silvia who won. Prospectus came third.
