Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Halmstad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Wimpy Sparrow tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Antico Guerriero that came steaming ahead. Wimpy Sparrow suddenly started to galop. Dan Widegren had to struggle to get Wimpy Sparrow to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Tripping Box, Wimpy Sparrow, Antico Guerriero, Sikre Jeres, Sviten, Travelling Moonlight, Falling Rocker, .




Sikre Jeres took the lead after 1000m. Antico Guerriero didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Antico Guerriero accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Sikre Jeres gallopped for 10 m.



Antico Guerriero were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Sviten galop. Sviten lost 50 m.




Winner of todays race was Antico Guerriero. Sikre Jeres came in second. Wimpy Sparrow became third.
