Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Halmstad track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Useless Vacation tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Famous Jewel that came steaming ahead.




Criminal Foxy Lady saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Useless Vacation took the lead after 1000m. Famous Jewel didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Useless Vacation today. It continued in the lead.



Useless Vacation sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Famous Jewel made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Useless Vacation.
