Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Sørlandet track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Marcello Choqui took the lead after a very quick start.




This is the positions after 500m. Pirates Dream Hacker, Focused Angel, Tiny Behemoth, Marcello Choqui, Old Cruiser, Comfortable Cruiser, Shah Riar, Honourable Rocker.




Pirates Dream Hacker was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Focused Angel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Shah Riar galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Comfortable Cruiser speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






No-one could catch Comfortable Cruiser today who won before Marcello Choqui and Old Cruiser.
