The sun was shining on Umåker and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sad Dreamcatcher found a gap and took the lead. Metallgutten followed before Happy Bouquet.




Metallgutten saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Happy Bouquet who started to galop and lost 40 m.




The leader got disturbed by something and Stretching Daffodil took the lead rather easily. Perfect Omelette suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Stretching Daffodil today. It continued in the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Happy Bouquet gallopped for 10 m.




Metallgutten seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Sad Dreamcatcher was disturbed and gallopped for 30 m. Beg To Differ gallopped 20 m after 2000m.



Metallgutten looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Perfect Omelette made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Andresen.
