One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Glowing Whirlwind sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Sunday Carneval, Starstruck Beauty, Vedar Gal Cherry, She Fakes It, Moonlight Sky, Glowing Whirlwind, Surpuppan, Overall Leader. She Fakes It was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Vedar Gal Cherry was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Sunday Carneval was still in the lead after 1500m.



Sunday Carneval kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Sunday Carneval didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
