Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Hoting track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Opposing Orchid took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Wondering Vanilla sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Opposing Orchid took the lead rather easily.




Wondering Vanilla saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Sir Cottingham started to gallop after 1500m and Tomas B Nilsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Wondering Vanilla looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
