It had been raining for several days at Årjäng but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Frosty Pixie could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Bonjour Lundi sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Sliding Paradigm accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Sliding Paradigm didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Bonjour Lundi gallopped 10 m after 2000m.



Jumping Bullet was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Sliding Paradigm were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Final standings. 1 Bonjour Lundi, 2 Sliding Paradigm, 3 Frosty Pixie.
