One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Mille Bleu could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Mille Bleu was in fine shape and held the lead. Opposing Star galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Tricky Gal started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Counterfeit Gold sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Counterfeit Gold followed by Bold Cup and Mille Bleu. Lane two Coughing Ring followed by Tricky Gal and Silky Rainbow.




Bold Cup seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Windy Temptress was disturbed and gallopped for 40 m.



Bold Cup looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Bold Cup didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
