The sun was shining on Hagmyren today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Scarlet Light tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Active Sword that came steaming ahead. When the startcar left the field Scarlet Light started to galop and lost 20 m.




This is the positions after 500m. Cookie Monster, Scotland, Scarlet Light, Focused Printer, Active Sword, Legolas, Dead Ship, Titan Pegasos. Titan Pegasos was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Focused Printer sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Focused Printer followed by Scarlet Light and Dead Ship. Lane two Legolas followed by Active Sword and Titan Pegasos. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Cookie Monster gallopped for 40 m.



Scarlet Light showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Focused Printer looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Legolas sprinted over the finishline before Active Sword and Focused Printer.
