Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Arvika track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sunday Wine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Active Angel sprinted to the front. Brando Hof started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Slimy Box sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Merguez saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Slimy Box suddenly took over the lead.




Slimy Box seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.



Slimy Box sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

driver couldn't keep Sunday Wine to trotting so they were disqualified.




Merguez never caught up with Slimy Box who won. Moving Sniper came third.
