The sun was shining on Kannus today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gare Du Nord tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Adventurous Thrasher that came steaming ahead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sad Dreamcatcher sprinted to the front. Cavaliere Di Roma started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Sunday Mistress sprinted over the finishline before Berillio Vox and Adventurous Thrasher.
